Write to the editorial desk. The link opens a message in your own mail client, addressed to the desk. There is no form on this site and no telephone number, because neither would be answered by anything a form or a number implies.
What gets a reply
Corrections, first and fastest. If something here is wrong, say which page, which sentence and what the correct position is, and attach the source if you have one. A correction with a document behind it can be checked in minutes. A general objection cannot be acted on at all, however strongly it is felt.
Questions about what a page means are welcome, and they frequently improve the page, because a sentence that needed explaining was not doing its job.
Editorial proposals are read. What they need is a specific subject and a reason the question is not already answered somewhere else, which is a higher bar than it sounds and is met less often than you would expect.
What does not
This publication cannot tell you what your local code requires, what your project should cost, or whether a specific contractor is any good. Those are questions for your building department, for a quotation on your actual site, and for references you check yourself. The standards sheet explains why the first of those is a matter of principle here rather than of unhelpfulness.
It does not review products, and requests for a review are not answered.
